For 20+ years I heard leaders told to ‘be more strategic’—with no one showing them how. Strategic Leader was born from the realisation most strategy programs teach you tools and templates without understanding the skills that underpin strategic thinking. We focus on building strategic capability, in individuals, teams and organisations.

We help leaders see themselves clearly, lead with intention, and navigate complexity with confidence. Drawing on decades in global executive roles, I bring a grounded, human-centred coaching style that blends commercial insight with psychological depth. 

Our intention is to help leaders build not just capability, but capacity — to think differently, feel more resourced, and act with greater clarity. Building this capability requires intention. It means proactively helping people learn to think, act, and adapt strategically at every level of the organisation.
